We all gathered in the lawns of Gulmohar Greens to celebrate our company’s Annual Day. After a filling breakfast, we started the event with a welcome speech from Dr. Bina, followed by all the HODs who summed up their department’s progress in the past year, and their goals for the upcoming year. Post this; our enthusiastic HR department and Ivan D’Souza organized a group bonding session where all the participants were divided into groups of 5. Each team came up with a team name and a team-yell to help boost each other’s morale while sportingly competing with the other teams in 5 games: Mixer, Shoe pyramid, Folk and biscuits, Article game, Selfie competition, and Clinical research comedy-drama. Their cumulative scores were tallied to decide the winning team.
Along with this, we also awarded Mr. Hiren Sakhiya, Mr. Ashok Chauhan, Mr. Kartik Vyas, Mr. Samir Lalakiya, Mr. Kashyap Raval and Mr. Rashmin Lad the employee of the quarter award for their extraordinary performance in the last quarter.
We then proceeded for the birthday celebration of Janak Naik, Swati Yergude, Pavan Patel, Chintan Mojidra and Rajesh bhai.
With a day filled with memories, laughs, and happiness, we bid each other adieu knowing that we would reminisce these moments
