On the auspicious occasion of Dhanteras, all of us at CBCC celebrated a number of events. We initiated the day with a prayer before the goddess for everybody’s health, well-being and happiness. We then proceeded further with the celebrations namely; rangoli competition which was followed by a sumptuous lunch. Four teams competed with each other. A panel of judges comprising of Dr. Sandeep Singh, Jaimeen Vanparia and Kamlesh Panchal selected the winners ‘TEAM 2’ on the basis of their creativity, group involvement, adherence to time limit, design, and the overall theme of the rangoli: Fit CBCC Movement, which aims at promoting physical/mental fitness amongst all its employees.

In the post-lunch session, indoor games such as carrom and table tennis competition were arranged. Satish, Zeel, Sandeep, Dr. Jignesh and Dinesh emerged as winners of the carrom competition and Harakh, Chintan, Kartik, Sandeep Patil, Sandeep Yergude, Priyen and Ankit for table tennis competition. Employees were appreciated for their performance in the quarter-ended September 2019 and Kesha, Ravindra, Upasna, Tulsi, Denisha, Siddhraj, Udayan, Jaimin Patel and Mayur were awarded for their extraordinary services. The festivities for the day were closed by celebrating the birthdays of Jaimeen Vanparia, Brijesh, Jaini, Kartik, Harsh and Kishan which fell in the month of October.
